⚠️ Error Codes and Solutions
Common Error Codes
Message: Master key is required / API key is required / Recipient phone number is required
Solution: Ensure all required fields are filled. Master key and API key must be configured before sending messages.
Message: Invalid master key
Solution: Verify your SMSIdea master key is correct. You can check it in your SMSIdea dashboard. Clear and re-enter the master key.
Message: Invalid API key / Instance not connected
Solution: Ensure your WhatsApp instance is connected. Try reconnecting the instance by scanning the QR code again.
Message: Invalid phone number format
Solution: Use correct phone number format: Country code + Number (e.g., 919099585868). No + sign, no spaces, 10-15 digits.
Message: Message text is required
Solution: Ensure message text is not empty. Maximum 4096 characters allowed.
Message: API connection failed
Solution: Check your internet connection. Verify SMSIdea service is available. Try again after a few minutes.
